We are seeking a motivated and reliable Yard Person to join our team.

As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in site logistics and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our depot.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Maintaining the depot and yard storage in a clean and orderly state.

• Delivery of parts and materials when/if required.

• Assisting with inventory management and product knowledge.

• Liaising with transport contractors and dispatching products.

• Assist with moving heavy vehicles. (preferable)

• Ensuring that the workplace is clean and safe, and that all safety and quality assurance procedures are followed.

• Load and unload deliveries.

• General factory cleaning.

• Cleaning of machinery and vehicles.

• Any other reasonable request.

 

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational skills managing several tasks simultaneously.

• A strong commitment to safety, health & environmental procedures.

• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.

• Current driver’s license.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Attention to detail.
