PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to join our team and provide dedicated support across multiple civil construction projects.
Based at our purpose-built administration office in East Bendigo, you will be part of a business that prides itself on strong client relationships, a positive team culture, and a supportive, dynamic work environment.

Working hours and conditions will be negotiated with the successful applicant; however, we are ideally seeking someone full time, Monday to Friday.
Key Requirements / Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role within an office environment.

Intermediate to advanced Office 365 capability.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong general administration abilities.

Willingness to learn, grow, and undertake further training.

Proficient in Excel and data spreadsheets.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for HSEQ systems and assist with reporting.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
-
Maintain and update registers and project documentation.
-
Work collaboratively with Estimating, Project, Workshop, and Finance teams.

Manage and update project files and records in a structured and accessible manner.

Manage shared inboxes and monitor incoming communications.

Draft internal and external correspondence.

Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry and document control.
