PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR 

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to join our team and provide dedicated support across multiple civil construction projects.

 

Based at our purpose-built administration office in East Bendigo, you will be part of a business that prides itself on strong client relationships, a positive team culture, and a supportive, dynamic work environment.

Working hours and conditions will be negotiated with the successful applicant; however, we are ideally seeking someone full time, Monday to Friday.

 

 Key Requirements / Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role within an office environment.

  • Intermediate to advanced Office 365 capability.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong general administration abilities.

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and undertake further training.

  • Proficient in Excel and data spreadsheets.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for HSEQ systems and assist with reporting.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Maintain and update registers and project documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with Estimating, Project, Workshop, and Finance teams.

  • Manage and update project files and records in a structured and accessible manner.

  • Manage shared inboxes and monitor incoming communications.

  • Draft internal and external correspondence.

  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry and document control.

  • Proven ability to stay on top of multiple tasks with competing priorities.
