We are seeking a motivated and reliable Depot Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in site logistics and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our depot.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Maintaining the yard and yard storage in a clean and orderly state.

• Moving parts and materials when/if required.

• Assisting with inventory management and product knowledge.

• Liaising with transport contractors and dispatching products.

• Assist with moving heavy vehicles.

• Ensuring that the workplace is clean and safe, and that all quality assurance procedures are followed.

• Load and unload trucks.

• General factory cleaning.

• Any other reasonable request.

 

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational skills managing several tasks simultaneously.

• A strong commitment to safety, health & environmental procedures.

• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.

• Current driver’s license.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Attention to detail.

 

Preferred but not essential:

 

• HR/MC Truck Licence

• Forklift Ticket

• White Card

• Ability to repair small engines/ equipment
